Bug Description

My previous calculations show "Thursday, 14 March 2013 18:10:19 BST" but in my country it's currently GMT. We switch to BST for 6 months of the year, but we're not in it now. The "date" command on my PC correctly reports GMT.

But most probably those are not related. Maybe we shouldn't use toLocaleString if it might return wrong results.

I have simply changed toLocaleString toString but we might want to investigate alternatives as well, e.g. we might want to format custom strings like:

2013 March 15, 19:20

This way we will make l10n possible as well.
