Bug Description
My previous calculations show "Thursday, 14 March 2013 18:10:19 BST" but in my country it's currently GMT. We switch to BST for 6 months of the year, but we're not in it now. The "date" command on my PC correctly reports GMT.

But most probably those are not related. Maybe we shouldn't use toLocaleString if it might return wrong results.
