top level ci/autolanding jobs should print all their params in the last build step

Bug Description
Right now when I receive the "build failed" step its really annoying -- I only have a link to the top level job but getting from the top level job to the downstream jobs is not straightforward in the UI. It would be much better to have a link to the affected MP in the "job failed" e-mail. That way I can go to the MP and will directly see what is going on from the jenkins message.
