Bug Description
On the bzr-eclipse preferences page:
Window -> Preferences
Team -> Bazaar
the User id/email setting specifies the value set in the Committer field when committing.
But, if I change the preference and then immediately do a commit it uses the old value. After restarting Eclipse it uses the new value which I have set.
