[FFE] Upgrade to ubuntukylin-default-settings 1.0.2 in Raring

There are many improvements since 1.0.2. Including:

1) pre-installed applications: indicator-china-weather, fctix
2) change slideshow
3) remove WPS install links
4) other small changes

Upgrade to solve the bugs from QA team: bug #1154986, bug #1154998, bug #1155067.

Sure. Go ahead (I'm assuming after Beta 1).

The debian/changelog is incomplete though - it doesn't describe all of the changes that are in that diff, assuming that diff is what you would want uploaded.

I'm moving to the sponsors team to get this uploaded, but setting the bug status to Incomplete. You can upload a new diff with this comment addressed and then reset the status to New to get somebody to look at this.
