libuser compiled without ldap support

The libuser package doesn't appear to have been built with ldap support; it should contain a libuser_ldap.so library:

As it doesn't seem that there is interest in including LDAP support by default from the perspective of the the package maintainer given how long this bug has been open, I ended up compiling from source.
