We should maybe consider exporting a dict of options. for the time being, treeStableTimer is hardcoded to 600 in the configurator, and that's wroong

Implemented with a configurator-wide attribute (can be set in master.cfg if instantiation and execution are separated), and a new parameter (tree-stable-timer) in the buildout options (sample in the bundled buildouts/MANIFEST.cfg)
