character map application doesn't include Arabic damma, kasra, fatha, or sukkun. Thesevocalic markings don't occur in all text, but they are FAR more common than many of the calligraphic annotations which are included.

Bug Description
Arabic vowels are not included in the character map. There is a hole in the presented characters between U+064A, Arabic YEH and U+656 subscript Alif. (Subscript Alif? yes, it should be in the character map. I've never met one in the wild.)
fatha, damma, kasra, sukkun, tashdid, all the nunation characters, are missing.

This version is no more supported and is not a 'security' problem; so does not expect a backport
