Default Bible does not show after installing modules

Bug Description
The default Bible came up fine but then I installed a number of modules. Those also appeared in the correct slots. Then I installed more modules and now everything seems frozen--the default Bible doesn't show and none of the modules show either.

I'm not sure I understand. What do you mean "the default bible came up fine"? And "the default bible doesn't show".
Please elaborate some more and give me a detailed step-by-step guide to follow in order to reproduce this error.
If you wish, also add screenshots.
