lha pdf set choice with only two sets

Bug Description

When the LHAgrid file contains only two sets, there's no possibility to choose the second. A possible solution is to modify
the file c_source/num/strfun/sf_lha.c at lines 201 and 209 "nMax>1" to "nMax>=1".
