links to test runs should point to test results instead of command line output

Bug Description
While the current links for builder jobs are perfectly fine, they don't fit into the new autopilot (mediumtests-
There are only very few cases where the console output is interesting for those. For example when the packages lack some runtime dependency or have broken dependencies and fail to install.
For all the other cases (package is fine, tests are run) the test results page is way more interesting than the console page.
