Bug Description
We need to update oq-nrmllib to support UHS. There is a currently defined structure for UHS results, but this is horribly out of date and needs to be re-written entirely.
UHS XML structure should look something like this, for resutls belonging to a particular logic tree end branch: http://
Quantile UHS: http://
Mean UHS: http://
We'll also need to create a serializer for creating these outputs.
