Bug Description
I am a lazy man that often configuring --prefix=/usr but HuKang prefer to use --prefix=
When built && installed mesa under /opt/mir/include, /opt/mir/lib, but Mir CMake fail to find GLESv2 instead of /usr/include/

env PKG_CONFIG_
?
