Bug Description
Summary: The manufacturing order ignores the "Valid From" and "Valid Until" info in the BOM.

Reproduce:
Go to Manufacturing / Bill of Materials
Click on [PC-DEM]
Click Edit
Click item [LCD15]
Change [Valid From] to last year
Change [Valid Unit] to yesterday
Click item [C-Case]
Change [Valid From] to tomorrow
Change [Valid Unit] to next year
Click Save
Go to Manufacturing / Manufacturing Orders
Create
Pick [PC-Dem]
Make sure scheduled date is today
Save
Confirm
Produce
Screen will show comsumed [LCD15] and [C-Case]. They should not.
Go to Manufacturing / Products
Inventory of [LCD15] and [C-Case] is down by one. They should not have changed.
