The `pgg' package used by vm to handle GPG (see `lisp/vm-pgg.el') is
obsolete and
(require 'vm-pgg)
causes vm to output
"Package pgg is obsolete!"
Please port to EasyPG[0], the current Emacs interface to GPG.
