Bug Description
update-manager 1:0.174.4, Ubuntu 12.10
In some situations (e.g. bug 888845, bug 1097073), a "Failed to download repository information" alert appears.
This alert is unattractive in several ways:
a. it is maximizable
b. the title is "update-manager", all lower-case
c. the primary text is not a complete sentence
d. it uses the word "repository"
e. the secondary text is "Check your Internet connection", when that usually is not the problem
f. it has a "Close" button.
