Bug Description
When dragging a first point over a second one, Dr. Geo could propose to merge these points.
In that case, all the items using the first point as a parent, will then use the second point as a parent.
Should work only when first point is free on the plane.
The option could be activated by:
- a long mouse clic with first point over the second point. May work on tablet. Not sure we have the event for that.
- a [Ctrl]+mouse drag and drop. Will not work on tablet. Last time I check the VM has some issue dealing with [Ctrl] key

Here is how it will work:
- user drags a free point over another point and hold it over it for about 2000ms to trigger the merge operation
- Dr. Geo merges this free point to the other point: all children of the free point are now children of the other point
- Dr. Geo does not ask for confirmation, it is an expert feature for quick redesign. A dialog only shows up for disambiguation
- Dr. Geo issues a command for the command manager, so the merge is undo-able.
