pre-build images crawler needs to be updated due to snapshots.l.o html changes

Bug Description

openembedded-armv8-pre-built-images-vexpress64 job is using http://git.linaro.org/git-ro/ci/daily-prebuilt-images.git to fetch latest image. Inside there is a code which parses HTML to get latest build directory to fetch tarballs.

But that HTML code got changed... So builds fail.

And it made me wonder why we go such crazy way instead of having options to get such data in clean way?
