Bug Description

When pressing Ctrl in Konqueror the "Access Keys" feature is activated.
This is really annoying and there is no way to disable this annoying "feature".

Steps to reproduce:
 1: Start Konqueror.
 2: Go to a website (e.g. http://kubuntu.org)
 3: Press Ctrl.
 4: Press Ctrl again to deactivate Acess Keys.
 5: Go to: Settings > Configure Konqueror > Look for a way to disable Access Keys.
 6: Observe that there is no way of disabling Access Keys in Konqueror.

Thanks for the bug report.

This is a bug. There should be a way of turning off this feature in Konqueror using the GUI.

However if you add the following to ~/.kde/share/config/khtmlrc it will disable access keys:

[Access Keys]
Enabled=false

If this file does not exist then you will need to create it. After you have saved the file you will need to restart Konqueror.
