plank-item-ubiquity is still there in plank after install of 2013 March 08 build

plank-item-ubiquity* ubiquity* ubiquity-frontend-gtk* are present in the fresh install desktop.

In other words, on an installed system, I still get the Install elementary OS Ubiquity launcher.

This will get added to every new user, because the ubiquity.dockitem is stored in planks config in /etc/skel

So in the process of trying to fix this bug it was discovered that the entire live seed is being ignored.

When removing the plank-item-ubiquity from http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~elementary-os/elementaryos/congrego/view/head:/etc/auto/config#L52 the result was no dockitem present in live session or installed system. Which is weird because ubiquity were not removed from the line but it was NOT present on installed systems, which is the correct behavior.

Might be my fault since the install technically failed (grub couldn't install. EFI and that). But I still have the ubiquity dock item.
