Bug Description
Hallo
Testcase:
-click the loudspeaker in the top bar
-drag the volume slider to the minimum level
-release the mouse button
-move the mouse over the volume line and the slider will follow.
It is easily reproducible, but not all the times

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I can reproduce this bug every time by dragging the volume slider to minimum level and holding the mouse button pressed for about 10 seconds, when released the slider will follow.
