Bug Description
Something in the newer kernel makes it almost impossible to surt the web.
LOTS of web pages out there have issues with TCP window scaling.
I must do
echo 0 > /proc/sys/
to be able to surf.
We can not make the we work, so please disable this "feature" default as it gived linux bad reputation.
