Bug Description
When I opened a VLC instance and play a movie, (no fullscreen, but focused), and I open the dash, and then hover my cursor above the 'application collapsebar'.
The screenshot gives an example of what I meant whit 'collapse bar'. there is a black rectangle on it. and thas is exacly how to graphic problem looks like.
