Bump Mono Dependancy to 2.0

Binary package hint: beagle

when indexing my personal files, beagled generate some Exceptions, every time I log in. I will attach them

Beagle (and other xml-serializer + asp.net based apps) requires gmcs to run. I asked Joe (maintainer of Beagle) about this, and he says that beagle package should depend on whatever package gmcs is.

I've installed mono-gmcs. I don't see those exceptions for now.
I didn't understand if this package is vital for beagle, or it is just
a surplus...

I am told that without gmcs, the performance will be slow(er). I have no actual experience though.

As I understand, beagle will still function as intended (just slower and more buggy) at this point it probably a good call to ditch pre-gmcs. We already have so many other bleeding-edge dependencies, we should force the best runtime.
