Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
The current thumbnail frame should be replaced for another that complies with the Tango guidelines. I'm attaching a frame that I did as a modification of the one Nautilus uses now, and I think it could do.

The upstream hackers don't read bugzilla because there is too much activity there though, maybe you could mail the nautilus mailing-list?
