Bug Description

libcdio13 is a dependency of gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly and gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly. While the latter two are multi-arch: same, they are not coinstallable because libcdio13 is not multi-arch.

Coinstallable ugly gstreamer plugins are needed to make some 32-bit Wine applications work on amd64 (embedded game video).
