Creating an event through a resource calendar allows double-bookings

Bug Description

When booking resources for an existing event, it is impossible to select any that are already booked. However, creating an event through a resource calendar has no such restriction. The latter is a more intuitive way to book things, but allowing double-booking is a Bad Thing(tm).

I'll work on this shortly, as I've already made some changes in a local branch to eliminate other double-booking possibilities.

OK, I looked over this again. It is still a bug, but it is hard for regular users to do, and as far as I can tell, you can see that you're double booking while you're doing it. It is a "we're not making it impossible for you to do what is pretty obviously the wrong thing" bug, also it doesn't cause serious breakage, so I'm counting this as a low priority bug.

You know, this may be actually a feature, not a bug. Overbooking is a common concept, and sometimes even encouraged when resources are limited. I remember two (sometimes more) separate classes using the gym at the same time on my day. Similar scenarios were happening with workshop, projectors... Teachers would go as far as sending a student in a middle of a lesson to check if the resource became available.

Maybe we should just polish the interface and allow easier overbooking?

Of course, we can add "allow overbooking" checkboxes to resources or resource types later on.
