Optional dependency on python-wxgtk2.4

These packages have an optional dependency on wxWindows2.4. The versions in the repositories are built against wxWidgets2.6, and work fine. The optional dependency on the deprecated version of wxWindows should be dropped.

bacula build-depends on libwxgtk2.6-dev | libwxgtk2.4-dev. Is it necessary to remove libwxgtk2.4-dev?

Neither of the changes is necessary, but I'd prefer that nothing directly or indirectly depended, recommended, or suggested anything built by the wxwindows2.4 source, as this is required prior to a removal request.

I've unsubscribed ubuntu-universe-sponsors, as there's nothing left to upload. Please consider opening a Debian bug on bacula to address this issue, so that the divergence is less in the future.
