Dedicated servermode segfaults on non-existing maps

Bug Description

Except that I get an error saying the game exists, this basically works:
./widelands --dedicated=maps/Atoll.wmf

The following examples will trigger segfaults:
./widelands --dedicated=maps/Atoll.wmff
./widelands --dedicated=non-existing

It would be nice if this could handle non-existing maps a bit more gracefully, typically by raising an error and printing a message saying file "such and such" couldn't be found. (Or isn't a valid map, depending on how far it gets)

Note that --editor=non-existing already prints such an error message, and I am not sure why these two sections seems to use different logic/code in order to find/load a file. (Yes, they want to load them in completely different ways, but looks like the basic setup should be much the same)

Since dedicated doesn't seem to work at all in latest trunk (bug 1128114), this has only been tested in build 17.
