Allow copying translations when creating a new product release

Bug Description

When you create a new productseries, you may want to also copy all the templates and translations at the same time.

(related to https://answers.launchpad.net/rosetta/+question/6476)

Possibly won't be needed when bzr-integration is done, but should be simple with message sharing.

Now that we have message sharing code in, we know exactly what needs doing: when new series is opened for translation, we need to copy POTemplates along with TranslationTemplateItems for it from old series to the new one, and all POFile entries, and run updateStatistics() on each POFile (not really needed because statistics can be copied over as well).

No need to do anything: copying translations is as easy as uploading a new POT file, and that's the right way to do it (no need to re-upload translations).
