window list highlights kde apps when switching workspaces

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
On Feisty, if I have some KDE apps (e.g. konsole and konqueror) open in two different workspaces, then when switching between workspaces, the KDE app icons get highlighted (pulsing orange) in the window list.
This appears to occur only if the KDE app's window is not in the foreground. If the window is behind another window, it gets the highlight, otherwise it does not.
