wrong behavior of maximazing when docked on a side

when i dock Libreoffice to the left side of my screen (with drag function) and then click the maximisebutton, libreoffice's borders are gone and the activity wont fit the whole screen

i opened a libreoffice writer, then docked it to the left side, then i clicked the maximise button. happans me on every system i tested... you really must be able to reproduce. still not solved, only thing solved is not losing its borders, but stil wont maximise. only centers itself in my screen...
