Bug Description
First of all - I love Terra, it's amazing!
My request is purely cosmetic and definitely not high priority, but in my opinion it makes terminal "cool" and makes you feel like in Quake and I know there are many people like me who would love to see this on their screens :)

At the start of this project i want to add slide effect but i realized that mutter and some other window managers don't let you move windows to y<0 coordinates so i moved on without slide effect, but i will add this feature with reasizing window without moving it to top.
