Bug Description

Building 13.02 Panda from scratch on Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS according to the instructions on https://releases.linaro.org/13.02/android/panda/ produces several instances of the message
fatal: read error: Connection reset by peer
and
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
as well as
     error: Cannot fetch platform/bootable/bootloader/legacy
finally concluding with
     error: Cannot fetch platform/development

error: Exited sync due to fetch errors

I tried to redo the build from scratch in hopes of getting a full log, but now it fails quickly:
~/Linaro $ ./linaro_android_build_cmds.sh -m /home/me/Linaro/pinned-manifest.xml -o /home/me/Linaro/build-info.tar.bz2
