Bug Description

Binary package hint: kmail

In Kontact (Kmail), messages forwarded inline do not begin with the 'Forwarded Message' headers showing the subject, date, from and to information.

They should look something like this:

  ---------- Forwarded Message ----------

  Subject: <subject>
  Date: <date>
  From: <from>
  To: <to>

  <message>

Instead, the message body is printed, with no indication that it is a forwarded message apart from the 'Fwd' in the subject header of the whole message. This problem exists in Ubuntu 7.04.

Two similar KDE bugs exist: 108038 and 140549

When I do "forward inline" it works for me how you would like it to. Please view the attached screenshot above.

Changed in kdepim:
importance: Undecided → Low
status: Unconfirmed → Needs Info
