Structures and metadata cannot be translated

Adding further translations to both “Structures” and “Metadata” elements doesn’t work. With a translation added, when the frontend language is altered, the internal property name is shown, not the translation.

I guess this behaviour might be caused by the fact that “index name” gets a not yet used (= invalid) value if a translation is added, e.g. if a translation is added to the element with default-language entry Display Label = “Titel” and Index Name = “title”, the Index Name value for the translation is set to “title0” and cannot be set to “title”. When the frontend language is altered, the field name (“title”) shows up, not the translation entered.
