Bug Description
It will very helpful if we can log the configuration options when running quantum-
metadata access is a big pain for Folsom release, we improve a lot on Grizzly. But I can expect we will have some questions to answer regarding the metadata processes. The logging of configuration options for these two process can reduce our helpdesk efforts.
