vim-python missing from security.ubuntu.com Packages.gz

Bug Description

[should this bug be filed against the website, rather than the package?]

USN-52-1 gives a link to an updated vim-python package, but it doesn't appear in
the Packages.gz file so apt couldn't upgrade it for me automatically -- in fact
it removed it when I upgraded the other vim binary packages.

I had to manually download and install the deb linked from the security
advisory, rather than my usual "apt-get dist-upgrade".

It's in warty-security/universe. Fresh Hoary installs will include an analogous
sources.list line as an example by default; in the meantime, see comment #2 on
bug #10183 for the lines to add.
