Bug Description

xorg+nvidia-glx fails to load glx extension:
grep -i glx /var/log/Xorg.0.log:
(II) LoadModule: "glx"
(WW) Warning, couldn't open module glx
(II) UnloadModule: "glx"
(EE) Failed to load module "glx" (module does not exist, 0)
(II) Loading extension NV-GLX
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to load GLX

This can be easily solved by creating symlink from
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so to
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.a

This is propably caused by the change in this upload "Accepted xorg 6.8.1-1ubuntu8 (source)",
as changelog states:

* Brown paper bag: change lib%s.so and %s_drv.so to lib%s.a and %s_drv.o in patch 028.
