nova delete error: no such option vnc_enabled

Here's the error stack trace. Looks like the option vnc_enabled is not imported:

As a side note: Nova should be decoupled from the console protocol used. Hyper-V for example uses RDP, not VNC.
We are in the process of publishing a RDP proxy service.

Step to reproduce the issue:

nova boot ... vm1
nova delete vm1

Openstack version: Grizzly
