Bug Description
Every time you remove a page, please make a Launchpad ticket to track that we need to implement that feature in the future. Please try to milestone the ticket accordingly -- ask jhurwitz if you have questions.
In particular, remove `coming_soon()` from dormbase/views.py, remove all coming soon links from templates/
