update command does not print summary of changes made (like the pull command does)

I think the update command should behave in the same way as the pull command and display a short summary of which files were modified, removed, added etc. This would make the update command much more like svn's where it prints this information (particularly useful when on a bound branch that emulates the centralized workflow model).

I think it is just an issue of "we haven't gotten there yet"
