The Ubuntu changes are:
 * Build against libgnutls-dev instead of libgnutls11-dev.
 * Build against new clamav.
 * Add src/uccroco.c to po/POTFILES.in.

The first has been done in the Debian package, the second was only to cause the package to get rebuilt, and the third was to fix a FTBFS that happened with the second upload. The Debian package builds and installs fine in a Gutsy chroot.
