ubuntuone automatically removes a file and leaves a u1conflict file in its place

Bug Description

The issue I am seeing is that a file has been renamed to <name>.u1conflict and every time I try to rename it back to <name>, u1 changes it back. If I copy the <name>.u1conflict file to <name> it renames it to <name>.u1conflict.<#>.
