Bug Description
osrfsys.log has different format lines:
[2013-02-26 19:30:02] open-ils.trigger [INFO:24655:
open-ils.cstore 2013-02-26 19:30:02 [INFO:25553:
It would be nice if at least the timestamp would be in consistent place...
