Bug Description
When installing nvidia-cuda-toolkit on 12.10, my Compiz crashed. When I reboot I am in low resolution and Unity will not start.
I don't think this is the desired behavior and do not know how to diagnose and correct what's wrong.

Try:
sudo apt-get install linux-generic
sudo apt-get install --reinstall nvidia-current
