Bug Description
The footprints coming in from EAGLE_PLUGIN have graphics on informational layers such as the Drawing layer. Typically this is used to show the physical size of the chip body or actual pin size. These layers do not propagate to copper.
The chip body size is a little different than how we typically use the silkscreen to show a larger keepout type indication.
KiCad's module editor can show these graphics fine. However one cannot chose which layer a graphical line, arc, circle go onto.
The incoming flood of eagle footprints will raise expectations of this soon, so I am adding it as a wishlist item.

This has been implemented. All the standard library objects include both outline and courtyard drawings on silkscreen and fab layers.
