Bug Description

Trying to build galera library on ARM 7 system, I am getting

# bash scripts/build.sh
...
Unsupported target architecture: armv7l
...

No, I have it only on my Google Nexus 7 which is very hard to call a build environment.

SCxonstruct was configured to freak out if architecture was not explicitly supported, even though the build would have succeeded. Removed that unnecessary check in r147.
