Bug Description
I'm creating this bug report to parallel this issue on the vimperator add-on:

The link issue only occurs when the globalmenu extension is installed.
I'd like to appeal for ideas from people on this project:
Have you seen anything like this with other add-ons?
Does anyone have any intuition what's going on?

Posting to bump this, primary symptom for me is that keypresses don't reach vimperator after I've switched to another window and back. Resolved by, amongst other things (see Dave's link) right clicking on the page.
