Bug Description

Yeah, this is a rare corner-case, and I'm sure you have a better idea what to do with it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. add some files that display per-file progress during conversion
2. start conversion and wait until several files are done
3. click "Cancel" button
4. click "Convert" button again to restart conversion

Old progress values are displayed in the first column.

Attached patch is one way how to reset them.

Fixed.
The same as your patch, but when starting conversion. Just to be sure.
