Bug Description
Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk revision 12149 with experimental Opensuse cross-compiled devlibs revision 13 from https:/
Steps:
1. Open Inkscape.
2. Embed a bitmap (or create one from a shape with Alt+B).
3. Launch Extensions>
4. Inkscape crashes with the following backtrace:
