GTK3: crash when using ImageMagick extensions

Bug Description

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk revision 12149 with experimental Opensuse cross-compiled devlibs revision 13 from https://code.launchpad.net/~jazzynico/inkscape-devlibs/devlibs-gtk3.

Steps:
1. Open Inkscape.
2. Embed a bitmap (or create one from a shape with Alt+B).
3. Launch Extensions>Raster>Normalize (or any other Raster extension).
4. Inkscape crashes with the following backtrace:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
